Agility Ladder – A quick change latch allows the user to adjust placement of the slats and lock them into position. Ladder is 30′L and 20″ wide and separates into two sections for more variations. Stakes keep the ladder stable when using outdoors; loops allow attachment of weight plates to hold in position indoors. Ladder has 20 high impact PVC slats and includes stakes and carry bag with handle.

Ziddy Sticks – Sticks are 4 ‘ long, wt. 1 lb. and are made of rugged, furniture grade PVC. Ziddy Sticks produce a rhythmic sound in use that helps develop cadence when walking and improves arm swing and stride length. Users of the Ziddy Sticks have noted increased awareness of heel strikes, bigger arm swing and improved coordination in walking.
